We've identified an issue on CS14 which is currently being investigated. Service will be restored shortly.

We're investigating an issue with email services on CS17. Customers may be unable to send/receive email at this time. Further updates will be posted as we continue to resolve the issue.




Our administrators have identified the problem and made repairs. New messages sent now should be sent immediately and older messages currently in our delivery queue should be sent over the course of the next two hours.

CS4 InnoDB issue (Resolved) Critical

Server Migrations and Upgrades (Resolved) Critical

Affecting System - Servers cs2,cs3,cs4,cs5, downtime

At 11pm EST on February 21st 2013 we will be moving the following shared hosting servers to our new fiber connected area of our data center.  The migration means we will gracefully shutdown the following servers and then move them physically and then boot them.

Servers affected:

Customers on the above servers will lose all connectivity (website/email/databases/FTP/SSH etc)

The downtime should take between 1 to 2 hours at a maximum.  We will do everything we can to expedite the process and appreciate your patience and co-operation while we do this upgrade/migration.

We will update this notice once servers are online and operation.

We're encountering a major networking issue which may result in intermittent downtime.

Our admins are currently working on resolving this issue which will remain our highest priority.
