Accessing a client cPanel Print
- 0
You can access a clients cPanel either by logging into http://clientdomain.com/cpanel (where clientdomain.com is their domain name), using THEIR username and YOUR password, or clicking on their cPanel link within 'List Accounts' in your WHM.
Some features, such as phpMyAdmin, are only available using the correct account password, but by using your password you are able to perform basic tasks within their cPanel, even if they've changed their password.
Note: If you are concerned about your IP address showing in the "Last login" area of your client's cPanel, log in securely via https://clientdomain.com:2083. The last login will then be displayed as "localhost".
