Using 'Packages' Print

  • 0

You can assign any of your client accounts to a specific 'package', a set of features common to all accounts using that package.

To illustrate the effectiveness of packages, let's for example say you wish to upgrade the bandwidth of your 'Lite' account from 1Gb to 2Gb.

Rather than changing every client account one by one, all you would have to do is edit your "Lite" package bandwidth to 2Gb and all 'Lite' client accounts will be updated automatically. Simple!

Another good reason to use packages is the ease of upgrading your clients from one account to the next - it's just a mouse-click away ("Upgrade / Downgrade an Account").

Note: When creating your own packages, prefix them with 'username_' (replace username with your username) in order for your packages to be viewable only by yourself.
